Where do you go for help with getting paid at online casinos?

I was recently contacted by a friend I'd made in the poker rooms who was having trouble getting a cashin from one of the poker room faces (all casinos using this software funnel poker players into one room; each player sees the respective logo for that casino on the screen)   for microgaming / prima software;  royal vegas of the fortune lounge bunch was the casino in question;  part of a group that I stopped promoting about 8 or 9 months ago for reasons just like the one you're about to read.  

Please note that although I don't have much faith in the fortune lounge group of casinos;  that I am still cordial in my correspondence to their manager;  because if their is one thing I have learned in all my years of dealing with people online- or off:  is you will get a lot farther by simply showing common courtesy. 

Proof of that is how quickly this matter was resolved;  I admit I am surprised myself,   because I have had times in the past where I wasn't so cordial with fortune lounge.   Add that to the fact that  I no longer recommend them,   and it doesn't appear they would have reason to do me any favors now.

I guess somebody at their place thinks my list of recommended  / best casinos carries some weight;  because here is my original post to fortune lounge inside the members area of the GPWA.net;  (gambling portal webmasters association) and note fortune lounge is still trying to get back on my list; and they want to talk to me about it on the phone;   ( translation for that is if you've ever signed to play at one of their casinos;   they are relentless about sending email offers;  and you  likely get email from all of their casinos which I find the amount to be  almost obnoxiously extreme -  well that's what they are like about getting portals to promote them- or at least have been with me)
